SCHEDULING & CONTACT INFORMATION

To schedule your portrait session, please call us at (404) 538-4977 so we can go over details and answer any questions you might have.

We'll talk about what style of portrait you want (studio, outdoors, headshot, etc.), we'll discuss backdrops, what to wear, etc. to help you prepare for a successful photo session.

WHAT TO WEAR GUIDE

Once you've booked your session I will email you a "What To Wear Guide" that will help us pick out your style and clothing to wear during your session. You will bring several outfits to the session and we will pick out at least 2 outfits you'll wear.

PAYMENT

Payment must be made in full on-site or prior to delivery of photographs via check or credit card through PayPal.

DELIVERY OF PHOTOS

During our portrait session you will be able to go over the photos we created so you can choose your favorites right away.

Some processing time is needed to edit the images and deliver the results you have been expecting. Delivery of images is completed within 2 - 5 business days via email with links to hi-resolution photos.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

If cancellation or rescheduling is necessary, please do so within 24-48 hours. A 50% Cancellation Fee will be charged if the appointment is canceled within less than 24 hours.

LICENSING COPYRIGHTS AND PHOTO USAGE

Photographer grants non-exclusive, unlimited rights of all images produced for client for any and all marketing materials and for the client's self-promotion.

Please note however, that all the images are owned and copyrighted by the photographer, and licensed granted only to the client and not to any third parties. These images are not transferable or sellable.
